  2. Blend everything for a couple of minutes until the almonds are finely chopped.
  3. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and let it rest for 24 hours.
  4. After the time has elapsed, filter the mixture with the help of a very tight mesh strainer or, as the Sicilian tradition dictates, filter with a muslin cloth. You can keep chopped almonds to make biscuits or almond paste.
  5. If you want to sweeten the milk, add some stevia and mix well. It should be noted that stevia is a low-calorie sweetener. Instead of stevia, you can use whole cane sugar or agave syrup. There are those who sweeten with honey but we leave the choice to you.
