There separate waste collection in the Municipality of Milan is still far from the 65% required by national legislation, but given the delay with which the Lombard capital has implemented a serious policy on waste (with the recycling della Forsu that started in wedges from November 2012) perhaps we could not do more. The first application of the PIC in Europe took place at the Milan Polytechnic as part of the Città Studi Sustainable Campus project.
